Corruption in the Courts of Canada. Courts act like screeners for Big Government.

Dear Mr. Peter McKay, Justice Minister

My husband and I have endured 22 years of judicial torture in Canada. To this day, we still do not know where our children are

because  the courts have not enforced access.

We have been going to court for 22 years and are still in Court today. We have not had any satisfaction.

On May 28, 2014 the majority of the Members of Parliament violated their oaths of office and Unconstitutionally voted against

Bill C560 which would have restored equal shared parenting to families of Divorce.

Those Members of Parliament are unfit to sit in the House of Commons and represent Canadians. They have a Constitutional mandate to

uphold the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. They did not. They have a mandate to protect the family and not destroy it.

They have violated Parental Rights, Individual Rights and the Charter of Rights and the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

They have voted to continue to deprive parents of their children and children of their parents!

We have filed 4 lawsuits, including a class action suit in Federal Court. They all just disappeared. No docket numbers and no call back.

The Federal Court did not return my check. I just e filed another lawsuit yesterday but still have not been called in order to pay the fee.

It is very clear that the Government and the courts are hell bent on depriving parents of their rightful children, their homes and their incomes forever.

The courts have unconstitutionally deprived us of our free speech as well. Sect. 2 of the Charter. We have had an Interim Injunction against us for 2 years now.

What are you doing about this torture and Crimes against Humanities?  What are you doing to hold the courts accountable to the victims?

I’m glad to see that you are all safe from the shooter on the Hill. Perhaps if the soldier had a real gun and not a toy gun he would have been safe too.

Not so much now.
